Building Integrated Photovoltaic (BIPV) Glass Production
The fully automatic BIPV glass production line supports both BIPV glass and laminated glass production.
It automates glass pane loading, washing, assembly, and pre-lamination while integrating multiple BIPV glass manufacturing processes into one continuous production flow.
With ± 0.3 mm assembly accuracy and a finished-product yield of up to 99%, the glass production line is ideal not only for BIPV glass, but also for Low-E glass, laminated glass, and other safety glass products.

Applies interlayers and supports a configurable number of film rolls. - Glass Vacuum Lifter
Automatically lifts and assembles the glass sheets. - Assembly Table
Supports continuous lamination of BIPV glass. - Pre-Lamination System
Pre-lamination press process (convection-controlled). - Autoclave
Completes the final lamination process under high temperature and pressure.
