Glass Washing Machine

The glass washing and drying machine is an essential section for the glass laminating line. The upper part of the washing machine can lift 400mm for easier cleaning and maintenance. Three pairs of brush rollers are separately driven by the upper and lower motor for better control.

Automatic sucker hanger

The suction cup transfer unit adopts SIMENS PLC servo control system to achieve maximum glass handling accuracy.

Assembling table

The assembling table adopts an open design, allowing the operator to manually cut the film.

PVB/SGP Film roller

The detachable film roller enables easy changeover of interlayer, which can be completed by one person. film unwinding is driven by the electric motor and the unwinding speed is adjustable based on the diameter of roller. employs KBK sliding rail and electric chain hoist to deliver optimal flexibility, safety and reliability.

Convection furnace

Designed with VFC circulating fan and overhead auto heat balance device, the convection furnace provides unparalleled productivity and it is an ideal choice to produce Low-E glass, larger or thicker laminated glass and SGP laminated glass.
Inside the convection furnace, the glass and interlayer are heated by forced air convection and upper and lower air knives guarantee the even temperature inside the furnace to achieve energy efficient heating. Multiple layers of glasses can be assembled, pressed, and laminated in one time at a temperature of 110 to 160℃.

Glass loading and unloading table

Mechanical tilting construction and staggered short and long mechanical arms enable the unloading table to handle different sizes of glasses. The distance between the lowest position of tilted glass and the ground is only 200mm, which facilitates the manual glass handling.

Dust-free assembly room (clean room)

The assembly room (clean room) is necessary to produce laminated glass with PVB or SGP film with right moisture content, at appropriate temperature and assembling the film dust free between the glasses.
Our assembly room is made by steel frame and colored steel plates (which are fireproof, thermal insulated and soundproof) and designed with concise appearance and interior to meet the dehumidification requirements. Environmental parameters of clean room are shown as below: Temperature: 20±5℃; Humidity: 25-30%; Cleanliness: Class 100,000 (100,000 particles per cubic foot, US FED STD 209E Standard); Pressure: 5-10Pa; Air change rate: 18-25 times per hour;
