Heat Soak Furnace
The heat soak furnace can heat the surface of tempering glass to reach stress homogenization and avoid safety hazards such as inner stress or self-explosion, which increases the safety and reliability of tempered glass.
Handong heat soak oven features concise design and high-quality components. You can find the excellence through details—the oven cover is laser-cut and the ventilation hole is punched, ensuring the machine precision and overall performance.

The glass heat soak furnace adopts unique heating tube design and each heating tube achieves the heating power of 6kW, which meets the temperature control requirements. The heating tube can be connected to external wires to reduce the damage rate of tubes.

Heating tube connections are sealed by graphite gaskets to ensure the sealing performance.

SSR temperature control module can precisely control the temperature jump in one minute within 3℃ at the same point, which meets the EN14179-1: 2016 standard.

Intelligent control system and HMI ease the operations. 21 temperature information collection points are allocated on the glass surface to monitor the glass status in real-time.

Our computer process control system enables multi temperature curve display, real-time temperature monitor and customer information storage. Multi temperature curves can be displayed and monitored simultaneously and recorded and stored every minute.
