Glass Washing Machine with High Efficiency and Energy Saving
The glass washing machine is designed to wash and dry glasses before glass processing procedures like edging, laminating, assembling, coating, tempering, hot bending and more. Handong glass washing machine can process glass of thickness up to 25mm and the working width varies from 1300mm to 3600mm.
This horizontal glass washing machine is comprised of glass loading and pre-rinse section, washing section (with brush rollers), drying section and glass unloading section. The machine frame is made of aluminum alloy profiles and is produced with outstanding leakproofness and aesthetic appearance.
Features- The air knife is made up of aluminum (606-T5) extruded parts without welding. The output laminar airstream is uniform, forceful, and adjustable. The air knife is easy to dismount and the surface is stain-resistant for simpler cleaning and maintenance.
- The air knife unit adopts soundproof and air exhaust devices to minimize the noise.
- The press rollers are driven by profile shifted gear. The water bucket is designed to prevent water leakage and the water pipe connector allows the rinse pipe to be easy dismounted and cleaned.
- Instantaneous water heater provides high heating efficiency, energy savings and simple operations.
- The air blower’s power has decreased more than 15% compared to the original version, in combination with the self-air circulation design, greatly reducing energy consumption. Fine filter screens are mounted on the air inlets of the fan boxes to ensure the air quality and drying performance. After washing and drying, water stains, contaminants or dirt are fully removed from the glass surface and edges.
